NEW PATIENTS
COMPREHENSIVE NEW PATIENT EXAMS
At your first visit to our office, it is our pleasure to perform a comprehensive new patient exam. This exam entails an in-depth look
at your head, neck, and mouth, including the following:
• X-rays based on your needs
• Detailed photo exam with our intra-oral camera
• Head and neck exam
• Oral cancer screening
• Evaluate existing restorations
• Check health of your teeth and gums
Lastly, the Doctor will sit you up to review the findings and recommend a care plan. After your comprehensive exam, our front
office will schedule you for the next available appointment to see the hygienist for your initial cleaning.

We accept a variety of insurance providers and endeavor to accommodate our patients’ request. Including all PPOs, Delta Dental,
Delta Care HMO, and KAISER.

Our pricing structure is designed to ensure that patients are able to receive the high quality dental care they deserve. If your
dental insurance will not cover all of your dental treatments, we will work with you to identify a payment solution. We are health
care professionals first and will work with you to make sure you receive the treatment you need.
